The seed of L’Hommage
The seed of L’Hommage was planted in 2006 when Thomas Kettner accompanied a woman on her African Journey through Namibia on the search of a new turning point in her life from beauty model to stuntwoman. A visit to the Himba in Namibia, a tribe threatened by modern world influence became a Journey into herself. The book”ONGWE” (The Leopard) gained the prestigious German Design Club Award. Countless clients were captivated by this story, expressing their own dreams and seeking for encouragement.

African Journey:
“My watch, my laptop, my smartphone were my foremost companions back home. Here they are barely more than distant memories from different time. It’s the peace, the warmth and the understanding which is shown to me. Facial expressions, looks and touches speak louder and more eloquently than words ever could. Every second there is Thrilling.Different. New. An inner peace that knows how to deal with any adversity.” ONGWE
